Hot Springs Yoga Retreat

Jai Om Yoga is A Complete yoga practice based in love, compassion, and happiness. It is focus on guiding each participant on their individual journey to a more flexible and comfortable body. We move as a group, but each person learns at their own level, whether that is absolute beginner or years of experience. We laugh, move and nap together into greater comfort. We especially welcome never-ever's and if you are recovering from an injury or just don't move like you use to be sure to try our morning gentle classes. All classes include stretching, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Come and learn in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Sherrill Stenson Has been teaching the art of yoga for 25 years. Her experiance is broad Therapy Yoga of the Heart Certified Level 1 and II (Y.O.T.H.) Cardiac and Cancer Teacher Training graduate*Certified Meditation Teacher*Certified Hasya Yoga Leader. She is also an Extended Studies Faculty Member at Western State Colorado University where she teaches yoga and Meditation and is the sole owner of Jai Om Yoga and Sacred Healing.

We come together, all ages to renew our strength , to celebrate each other and ourselves.

The retreat leaves plenty of time for you to relax, ski, make new friends or soak in the hot springs.
